Autumn Sessions

SpiralArts Group Sessions – Open to All

Saturday 15th November from 1.30 – Open Ealing, Unit 14, School Lane, Dickens Yard, W5 2TD.

Sunday 26th October, 11.30am-2pm – Questors Theatre, Emmett Room, 12 Mattock Lane W5 5BQ.

Sunday 28th September, 11am-2pm – Questors Theatre, Emmett Room, 12 Mattock Lane W5 5BQ.

Open Class, First hour and a quarter – £10. Whole session including creative explorations £20 (concessions available).

The first part of the session includes a warm up, including movement with a focus on the spiral, voice and breath work. The second part follows with themed creative explorations and the session ends with a close down. Anybody interested in joining us please contact Bryony below. The sessions are suitable for anyone who wants to explore their creativity through movement. Dancers, musicians, actors, singers, composers, artists, poets are all welcome.

November and December Sessions – Dates to be Confirmed

Sunday 19th October – Outdoor morning session in Hampshire, weather permitting, followed by workshop session at the Phoenix Theatre, Borden in the afternoon. Details and times to be confirmed.

We have had some great sessions by the sea in Hastings, by the ancient Ankerwycke yew and abbey ruins near Staines, and plan to continue to expand our work in natural environments alongside our sessions in the studio.
