Theme – Winter, The Bare Bones.

The Phoenix Theatre/Arts Centre, Station Road, Borden, Hampshire, GU35 0LR

The first part of the session includes accessible movement practice with a focus on the spiral, as well as vocal exercises and group work. The second part follows with themed creative explorations incorporating all art forms that are present, and the session ends with a quiet movement and breath close down.

The sessions are suitable for anyone who wants to explore their creativity through movement. Dancers, musicians, actors, singers, composers, artists, poets are all welcome.

We have had some great sessions by the sea in Hastings, by the ancient Ankerwycke yew and abbey ruins near Staines, and woodland in Hampshire, and plan to continue to expand our work in natural environments alongside our sessions in the studio. Details to follow.
