Monthly Group Meeting

With apologies – Saturday 30th November 1.30 – 4pm is cancelled.

These sessions are usually held in Open Ealing Arts Centre, Unit 14, School Lane, Dickens Yard, W5 2TD.

The SpiralArts group meet every month to develop their project “Enchanted”.

They are now opening the door to anyone who would like to join in the class for the first hour and are then welcome to stay on to see how we work, if they wish.

Dancers, musicians, actors, singers, composers, artists, poets and anyone who wants to explore their creativity are all welcome. Some experience and interest in movement/dance is helpful.

We ask those who come to kindly make a donation of between £5 and £10 per session.

SPIRALARTS IN NATURE

We have had some great sessions by the sea in Hastings, by the ancient Ankerwycke yew and abbey ruins near Staines, and will continue to expand our work in natural environments.

Proposed ideas include: revisiting the above and movement and music by a river, by a lake and in woodland

Thursday mornings 10.30 – 11.45am – Starting 3rd October

Individual or small group sessions

The classes will include:

• A warm up/preparation
• SpiralDance sequences
• Creative exploration
• A close down.

No experience necessary, although some basic movement knowledge is helpful. SpiralDance is creative and accessible, based on natural principles of movement.
